Refund policy

At House of Saaksh, every order is carefully packed and quality checked before dispatch.

Returns
We accept returns only if:
• You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
• The request is made within 48 hours of delivery.

To request a return, email us with:
• Order Number
• Photos of the product
• Unboxing video showing the issue

Non-Returnable Items
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Used or worn products
• Customized or personalized products
• Sale items

Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

If your order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
